Matching Government Needs with Private Solutions

Troutman Sanders Strategies (TSS) assists clients in navigating the sometimes arcane decision making labyrinth of state and federal governments. Often, it is not the elected or high-profile official alone that decides whether a firm does business with a government. When achieving a client’s business objective, knowing the entrenched decision makers is often as important as the elected officials. We achieve a client's objectives by aligning their product or service with a strategic plan that accesses the key decision makers. We will determine if there is a market for a client's product or service before the RFP is actually written and released.

Procurement Services & Support

TSS’ Public Policy Group coordinates the firm’s state, local and federal procurement services. The Group has built and maintained a diverse national network of state-based public affairs managers, chosen for their ability to achieve results while maintaining the high ethical and policy standards TSS upholds. Each affiliate has been selected based upon their demonstrated ability to provide clients with specific services, including, but not limited to government relations, legal support, public affairs, and public relations in addition to procurement representation. This bi-partisan network of state affiliates represents TSS’ clients with state and local governments and regulatory agencies.
