Robinson Selected by Georgia Governor-elect as Vice Chairman to the Transition Team
ATLANTA, GA (December 9, 2010) – Troutman Sanders Strategies announced that Governor-elect Nathan Deal appointed Atlanta-based Chairman, Pete Robinson, to serve as Vice Chairman of his Transition Team.
Robinson is Chairman of Troutman Sanders Strategies, a full-service federal and state lobbying/issue management firm, and a partner at Troutman Sanders LLP. Along with Robinson, the Transition Team leadership includes Rogers Wade, Georgia Public Policy Foundation Board Chairman, Philip Wilheit, Governor-elect Deal's Campaign Chairman, and John Watson, former Chief of Staff to Governor Sonny Perdue.
Robinson has taken a temporary leave from Troutman Sanders Strategies. He has relinquished his lobbying duties until the Governor takes office in January 2011.
